To obtain a copy of any X-ray taken at Fremont Medical Centers it is important that you request this copy 2 days in advance. Simply call the FMC center where your X-ray was taken, ask for the X-ray department and provide your name, date of birth, date the X-ray was taken and the part(s) of the body where the X-ray was taken. You will need to provide identification and your signature before the X-ray will be released.

We request 48 hours notice for all X-ray copies. At FMC we archive all X-rays older than a certain date. We ask for 2 days notice to ensure that the FMC X-ray department has ample time to request and receive the X-ray out of archiving.

If you are in the center with an emergency requiring a stat X-ray, a copy will be provided for you immediately to take to a specialist.
