At FMC we ask that you try to anticipate your prescription refills. It is important to notify your FMC center with ample time when you need a refill. At FMC we request that our patients call 3 days ahead of time for a prescription refill. The Refill Department will call in refills Monday through Friday 9 AM to 5 PM. The FMC Refill Department requires this amount of time because we need the physician who wrote your original prescription to approve your refill request. The physician needed may not be working the day you call in your refill request. We need to ensure your physician is in the center to approve your refill and with 72 hours notice we can guarantee the physician needed will be available.

It is important to FMC that all our patients receive the medication they need in a timely manner. This is why we appreciate your call 3 days in advance.
