Fremont Primary Care - W. Lake Mead Parkway is located on Van Wagonen Street just south of Lake Mead Pkwy. A parking lot is available to patients directly in front of the center. There is an additional parking lot just north of the center for overflow parking during busy hours. The lot directly behind the center is reserved for employee parking.
